ARTICLE 1 – PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding applicable UK public holidays.
ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY TIME
Transit normally takes 4 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address. Combined with preparation, the estimated total delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation. These are estimates, not a waiver of your statutory rights if an order is late.

Delivery is free within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase amount.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS AND ASSOCIATED COSTS
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt under our extended commercial return policy. Mina Lights provides a prepaid return label for eligible returns, including a change of mind, at no cost to the customer. Statutory cancellation rights and rights for faulty items remain unaffected.
